I'm a freelance video editor specialising in short-, medium- and long-term time lapse video editing.My usual field of work includes construction time lapse, demolitions, internal fit-outs, installations, events etc.Most of my projects over the years have been long term construction projects, often with multiple camera angles, captured over several years. Nevertheless I have also worked on plenty of short term time lapse projects, which may have only taken a day or two to film.Most long term construction projects produce hours long footage and very large file sizes initially, which is unsuitable for most purposes as far as clients are concerned.This is where I come in and meticulously edit this raw footage down to a few minutes long video to show a flawless time lapse of the building process. To achieve this I use Premiere Pro, the industry leading editing software.A typical time lapse video in most cases will be between 1.5 to 3 minutes long and about 0.8 to 1.5GB in file size.I also add title and end slides, logos, captions, music, photos, etc. if required to enhance the video.
If you have any additional photos, extra video footage or drone footage, which you would like to include in the time lapse video, that's all part of the service too! Such additions can add a great deal to the overall viewer experience.Initially I ask you to provide a .MOV or .mp4 file of your raw footage or an image sequence and also a brief of the project to be edited and
I will take it from there.Previews and revisions are available during the editing process in order to achieve the desired outcome and meeting set deadlines is of utmost importance to me.

Split screens are a useful tool when further explanation is need during the video or to add bullet points etc.
Adding logos - company logos can be added at the beginning, the end or all the way through the project.
Adding zooms - zoom in if you need to see a detail up close or zoom out if you want to see the big picture.
